This workshop provides an overview of specific legal requirements pertaining to the unique learning needs of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) including a focus on special education during COVID-19. There will be an emphasis on the requirement that children with ASD receive the full range of instruction and services necessary to meet their needs and that they are provided educational opportunities in inclusive settings.
