Come hear from WPS Student Services staff about the key transition points as students enter elementary school from preschool and the services available at the elementary level. Discussion of the process of transition to Middle School will also be included along with time for Q and A.

Who Should Attend:
Parents and Caregivers of students in Preschool through 5th grade on an IEP or 504 Plan.

We ask that whatever parents share during a meeting is confidential, and should not to be discussed outside of the group.
