Basic Rights Presenter: Faith Morgan from The Federation for Children with Special Needs

This workshop provides an overview of the transition planning process for youth with disabilities ages 14-22 on IEPs. All families welcome. It is never too early to start thinking about these things and be prepared for what is coming down the pike.

Park in the front horseshoe parking lot off Nahatan Street. Go through the Guidance Lobby glass doors marked “Westwood High School”. Once inside follow signage to Professional Development Room.
